No b+ Voltage

One of my customer send me a toshiba projection television model 43J7DE , when I do the checking and I found that the HOT 2sc56811 shorted and I replace it.When I turn it on there was on b+ voltage present....extually this is my first time receiving a projection tv from my customer.Can someone give me a tip to where i should start , where is the problem with no b+ voltage present.The surrounding components to the HOT checked ok. Please help me and thank you in advance.
