ViewSonic N3251W Repair

I had a ViewSonic N3251W 32 inch LCD TV that would power on but no video. The backlighting did work correctly. I started at the T-Con board and found the PICO fuse at FU10 open. Further investigation found a shorted SMD capacitor at C513 on the T-Con board. I replaced the capacitors at C512, C513, C514, C515, C516 with SMD 10uf 50v capacitors and replaced the PICO fuse with a 3amp 32v SMD fuse. After replacement the TV worked fine.
